Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from list building and lead generation to delivering persuasive presentations, maintaining regular client visits, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the skin care industry, building a robust pipeline of leads through research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct online and in-person presentations to showcase the quality and benefits of our raw materials, highlighting their suitability for specific skin care formulations.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to help them create exceptional skin care products.
- Regularly visit clients on their premises or at industry exhibitions to foster strong relationships, address any concerns, and provide ongoing support.
- Follow up on leads and negotiate deals to secure new business opportunities, actively managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to stay updated on the latest trends, research, and developments in the skin care industry, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our raw materials and their applications.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments, providing valuable insights and feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- Track and analyze sales data, preparing regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements.

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Bio Tech, Bio Chem, or a related field.
- Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in the skin care or cosmetic industry.
- Strong knowledge of skin care raw materials, ingredients, and formulation processes.
- Professional Level English proficiency
- Lives in Surabaya (relocation not covered)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events and exhibitions.
- Valid Drivers License, Willingness and ability to drive a car
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
