As one of the most developing logistic company in Indonesia, our client who expertise in expenditure, warehousing, shipping line and many more is searching for a qualified candidate as an Operational Manager. If you have experiences at logistic companies, has handled operations reported to the Director, and are willing to be placed at Head Office in Kelapa Gading also sites, you’re most welcome to apply.

Responsibilities :

Managerial :

  • Carry out the function of a leader as a manager by managing work teams, essential managerial and work team coordination.
  • Carry out the leader's function as a validator in recruitment, selection and organizing work teams (promotions, transfers and demotions). coordinated with the Director of Operations
  • Carry out the leader's function as a trainer (knowledge management) by conducting orientation and training on hard skills and soft skills.
  • Carry out the leader's function as a coach (competency management) by coaching, talent management and mentoring the work team.
  • Carry out the leader's function as a counsellor by managing the emotions of the work team.
  • Carry out the leader's function as a mediator by managing conflicts that occur in the work team.
  • Carry out the leader's function as a problem solver (performance management) in terms of providing solutions and assessing the performance of the work team.
  • Make market strategies by getting large profits and lower expenses (efficiency).

 

Operational :

  • Supervise the performance of the Operational Division, both Head Office & Field.
  • Planning, controlling and validating logistics operational activities
  • Conduct field inspections regularly
  • Overseeing the quality standards of service provision offered
  • Provide initial training (orientation) for new employees.
  • Handling claims from customers.

 

Control and Coordination

  • Morning briefing with all employees
  • Weekly meeting (every Saturday)
  • Customer claim letter validation
  • Validation of leave application coordinated with HRD
  • Administration & Reporting
  • Order number report & pending orders
  • Monthly reports (shipped containers).
  • Carry out the vision, mission, and values ​​of the Company.
  • Maintain Company Confidentiality
